Parkinson's Virtual Event 2021
With nation wide restrictions around physical distancing, The Parkinson's Association of Ireland were looking for a way to support their community and stakeholders. The result was an online version of Parkinson's Awareness Week, a series of online activities and talks that culminated in the Parkinson's Virtual Conference.
Agency X were asked to put this Virtual Conference together using our Event X platform.. The event required a simple solution to ensure that the conference was able to reach as many as possible. A one page website was set up to host the event, meaning that it was open to all who were made aware of the conference.
Using our unique production technology we were able to host a number of contributors including an anchor, the CEO and 4 presenters, that were live streamed through our virtual studio. This studio allowed for the speakers to interact with each other and host their presentations seamlessly as if being broadcast like a live TV show.
Agency X handled everything from the management of the contributors, to the design and development of the event and the assets needed to promote, host and share this event from beginning to end.
The show was viewed by the Parkinson's community across Europe and America and was viewed as a rousing success by all involved.
