Parkinson's Online Conference 2025
Parkinson's Ireland commissioned Agency X to design, manage and produce their 2025 annual online conference entitled 'Time to Talk about Parkinsons'. This was a Patient Support Conference to showcase and discuss the latest treatments, research and management of the condition, presented by key experts and knowledge leaders in the area.
Conference Design
Our team designed an event specific, fully branded landing page on our bespoke online streaming platform. The page featured detailed Parkinsons's Conference event information, including full conference agenda, speaker and panellist profiles and professional biographies, and a showcase of the event’s sponsors.
We also created all visual assets, such as idents, graphic environments, holding VT and some pre-recorded assets and segments, in order to accommodate speakers’ availability.

Conference management and technical production
We coordinated all aspects of pre-production, from event promotion via social posts and email reminders, to content management and client and speaker’s liaison, rehearsals, and scheduling, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
On the day we executed a full-scale live streamed technical production, complete with a vision mixer, live switching, and all other elements required for a professional live broadcast.
