IPHA Conference 2025
The Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association commissioned Agency X to create and produce their 2025 Annual Conference. Titled ‘Harnessing the Speed of Science to Benefit Patients’, our team managed all aspects of this high profile event from creating it’s visual identity, to full stage management and technical production on the day itself. We also produced a highlight video on the same day.
Management & Production
From day one, we took a hands-on approach to managing and producing the event, working closely with the venue and the clients to conduct thorough pre-event checks on its technical audiovisual capabilities and conference room setup. On the day of the event, we oversaw every aspect of the technical setup and stage production, ensuring seamless execution and a flawless experience for all involved. To enhance audience engagement, we also integrated an interactive live quiz via Mentimeter, aligning it with the event’s content and discussions.

Branding & Creative Production of Event Assets
Our designers created a contemporary and polished visual identity for this high-profile event, one that blended well with IPHA’s existing logo and brand colors. It was important to produce something visually polished with a futuristic slant for the conference that reflected the event's slogan. The chosen visual theme was implemented across all the event’s assets, such as the event landing page, digital agendas, speaker holding slides, presenters’ decks, lanyards, and more.
Same-Day Highlight Reel
Our in-house studio team was on-site all day, capturing the event’s buzz, energy, and key discussions with a dedicated videographer and editor. We filmed and produced a dynamic highlight reel, delivering a same-day edit that was showcased to attendees during their event dinner that evening.
