FULL OMNICHANNEL CAMPAIGN WORK FOR 5 YEARS + ROI, NI AND SCOTLAND MARKETS

The Brief

As you will be well aware, Ireland faces a serious crisis in specialist neurological rehabilitation capacity. There is a recognised shortfall of approximately 175 inpatient neurorehabilitation beds nationwide, and patients routinely wait months for admission to the National Rehabilitation Hospital. Many never access specialist inpatient rehabilitation at all. The EU Cross-Border Healthcare Directive (CBD) provides a legally established pathway for Irish residents to access medical treatment in other EU member states, with HSE reimbursement available for eligible care. However, awareness of this pathway, both among healthcare professionals and patients, remains extremely low. In my own consultations with Irish patient advocacy organisations, their leaders were unaware that rehabilitation services accessed abroad could be reimbursed through the Directive. Evexia Plus is positioned to serve Irish patients who need timely, intensive neurological rehabilitation. We offer three to five times the physiotherapy intensity available at the NRH, purpose-built hydrotherapy facilities, robotic-assisted rehabilitation technology, full psychological support, and immediate admission with no waiting list.

What We Are Looking For

We would like to discuss the scope, pricing, and timeline for an initial campaign with two parallel objectives:

  1. Public and patient awareness: Educating Irish patients, families, and carers about their EU Cross-Border Healthcare Directive rights, and positioning Evexia Plus as a qualified, accessible option for neurological rehabilitation.
  2. Healthcare professional engagement: Reaching hospital consultants (particularly neurologists and rehabilitation medicine specialists) and GPs with clinically credible information about the Cross-Border Directive referral pathway and Evexia's clinical capabilities.

We are interested in a broad channel mix and would welcome your recommendations on the optimal approach. The channels we are considering include:

  • Sponsored content in Irish medical and mainstream publications
  • Social media campaigns (LinkedIn for HCPs, Facebook and Instagram for patients and families)
  • Email marketing to segmented HCP and patient audiences
  • Physical advertising (print publications, relevant public spaces)
  • Physical mail (direct mail to GP practices and hospital departments)
  • Online display and search advertising
  • Conference presence and event support
